Shipment Tracking details (A.W.B Number) will be provided within 48 hours of Order placed on mobile number and email id provided by customer.
www.Mobifirm.in will take “Full Responsibility” of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where we use “Private Courier Companies” (eg. XpressBees, Delhivery and Ecom-Express etc.) to ship your order.
Request for cancellations of orders once placed on www.Mobifirm.in shall not be entertained after Order shipped.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by www.Mobifirm.in for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
